The Registrar’s Office maintains the College’s academic records and supports students, faculty, alumni, and external partners through registration, academic records management, academic policy administration, graduation certification, transfer credit evaluation, and transcript services.

Current students should visit the Registrar’s Office site on MyMaconWeb (MMW) for academic services, forms, and other student resources. Most information on the Registrar’s Office MMW site is publicly available; however, access to student-specific information and online forms requires logging into MMW.
MyMaconWeb Access: Students retain access to MyMaconWeb until May 1 of the calendar year following their departure from the College (e.g., graduation, withdrawal, or suspension). For example, a student who graduates in February, May, or September 2026 will retain access through May 1, 2027. Students on an approved leave of absence will continue to have access to MyMaconWeb.
