From the stage to the concert hall, the arts connect us – to campus, to residents of our broader Ashland community, and to the beauty of music, theater and dance.

In recently renovated spaces designed just for performing, Yellow Jackets shine.

music for credit and for fun

Randolph-Macon’s performing ensembles are filled with students studying music and those who simply love it. Across orchestra, band, jazz, choir, music majors/minors choose from four ensembles led by our talented faculty. They are joined by non-majors. And there are groups, like Show Choir, that are just for fun too!

theater productions

Yellow Jacket actors put on several productions each year, pairing actors pursuing a theatre major/minor, and those who enjoy the experience of acting, design, or directing.

All productions are open to the public, and only $5 per seat. (Admission is free for students, faculty, and staff.) Reservations are recommended by calling the box office at (804) 752-7316.
