Enrollment Verification

You can access a verification of your enrollment 24/7. This service from National Student Clearinghouse can provide you with:

• Enrollment Verification Certificates to send to health insurers, housing providers or other organizations requiring proof of college enrollment. 
• Deferment forms and electronic notifications to send to lenders. 
• A list of your student loan lenders and a link to real-time loan information. 
• Your enrollment history at Randolph-Macon College

To access this service: Log in to MyMaconWeb (MMW).  Click on the Academics tab and then on Student.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Enrollment Verification. Then please follow the Instructions.

You may still request a verification from our office by completing the Verification of Student Enrollment Form.  Verification of enrollment will be completed within 48 hours of receiving the request.  National Student Clearinghouse certificates are completed at the time of completing the request.

(We do not use National Student Clearinghouse for transcripts. A transcript can be ordered through Credentials or directly from the Registrar’s Office.)
