Responsibilities of the Registrar’s Office include:

  • maintaining accurate, confidential academic records;
  • maintaining, interpreting, and monitoring academic policy;
  • administering classroom scheduling, course registration, grade collection and reporting, transcript services, and enrollment verification services;
  • supporting academic advising and retention efforts;
  • evaluating off-campus study; and
  • certifying the completion and integrity of a Randolph-Macon degree.

Access to Student Information

MyMaconWeb (MMW) is the primary student portal for academic and financial information at Randolph-Macon College. Key information for currently enrolled students can be found on the Registrar’s Office MMW site.

Students will be able to access MyMaconWeb until May 1 of the calendar year following the student’s departure from the College without intent to return (i.e., graduation, withdrawal, or separation). For example, MMW access for a student who graduates in February, May or September of 2025 will end May 1, 2026. Students on a leave of absence will retain access.

If a student is still paying back RMC loans through Transact (such as with Plitt, Brown, Nunnally and Pre-Ministerial loan funds), they will continue to have access to Transact via MMW until the loan obligations are satisfied.

Student data is private under Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and Randolph-Macon’s Disclosure of Student Records policy.
