Welcome!
As Associate Provost and Dean for Student Success, I have the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team dedicated to helping every student thrive from their first day on campus through graduation and beyond. Our commitment to student success is rooted in a simple belief: students achieve their greatest potential when support is personal, accessible, and connected.
To further strengthen that commitment, we have created a newly renovated Center for Student Success, located within the McGraw-Page Library. This dynamic hub brings together the professional staff and services of the Higgins Academic Center, EDGE Career Center, and Office of International Education, creating a one-stop destination where students can access integrated support designed to help them achieve their goals.
Working in partnership with our faculty, the professional staff in the Center for Student Success helps students navigate their transition to college, connect their academic interests to career and life goals, engage in high-impact experiences, and prepare confidently for what comes next. By bringing professional advising, career development, and international education together in one convenient location, we are strengthening an already deeply personal educational experience and creating a collaborative network of support that empowers students to explore possibilities, make meaningful connections, and build lives of purpose, meaning, and impact.
Thank you for the trust you place in Randolph-Macon and for your partnership in supporting student success.
Warm regards,
Dr. Tiffany Birdsong
