Renovation Begins on Estes Dining Hall
Construction has begun on an update to Estes Dining Hall, which will be ready for hungry students when the fall semester begins.
“This new design will add some much-needed additional seating, as well as more light and ambiance,” explained Randolph-Macon College Vice President of Administration and Finance Paul Davies. “The space will mirror the improvements made to Brock Commons in past years.”
This is phase two of a three-part improvement plan for the space. Last summer, the dishwasher was replaced with a new energy efficient unit and moved to what was formally the Clements Room. The area where food is served will be updated next summer.
