Randolph-Macon College offers townhouse apartment-style housing for upperclassmen students comprising of Birdsong Townhouses, Flippo Townhouses, Clements Townhouses and Cochrane Townhouses.
With the exception of Clements, each offers four two-level suites that accommodate four students each. Renovated for the 2017-2018 academic year, each includes a community bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen with appliances, living room and dining room.
