Spotswood Village

In August 2025, the Spotswood Village complex was opened, adding housing for 64 students.

The four buildings of Spotswood Village each have two stories and include four apartments with single bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and in-unit laundry. The project was made possible through the generosity of an anonymous donor.
