All sophomores, juniors and seniors in good standing are eligible to participate in these unique housing opportunities in communal housing with students who share their values.

Mosaic House

The Mosaic House is a welcoming and supportive space designed for students who want to deepen their cross-cultural understanding and engage in an inclusive community. It encourages meaningful dialogue, learning, and connection across diverse backgrounds and experiences. All students are invited to participate, regardless of identity or prior involvement. The space fosters respect, curiosity, and a shared commitment to belonging. Through intentional programming, students have opportunities to explore cultures, identities, and perspectives different from their own.

The Pride House

The Pride House celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, though you do not need to identify as part of the community to live here. The house holds approximately 16 students in singles and triples. Programming focuses on issues relevant to LGBTQ+  students, and therefore, residents are required to act as a supportive, inclusive ally to everyone living in the house.

  • Common areas include a living room, study room, dining room and kitchen.
  • There are two community style bathrooms.
  • Each bedroom has a bed, desk, dresser and wardrobe.

Fraternity and Sorority Housing

About 20% of students are members of Fraternities and Sororities, and many choose to live with their sisters and brothers. Currently, the following organizations have on-campus housing:

  • Alpha Gamma Delta
  • Delta Zeta
  • Kappa Alpha Order
  • Kappa Alpha Theta
  • Kappa Sigma
  • Sigma Alpha Epsilon*
  • Sigma Phi Epsilon
  • Theta Chi
  • Tri Sigma

If you are interested in living in one of the houses, you can speak with the Chapter President or House Manager.
