Randolph-Macon College offers townhouse apartment-style housing for graduating Seniors comprising of Birdsong Townhouses, Flippo Townhouses, Clements Townhouses and Cochrane Townhouses.
With the exception of Clements, each offers four two-level suites that accommodate four students each. Newly renovated for the 2017-2018 academic year, each includes a community bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen with appliances, living room and dining room.
The Office of Residence Life coordinates the selection process for these Senior housing options. Students must demonstrate excellence on campus in the areas of scholarship, citizenship, campus involvement and leadership.
