Our commitment

Randolph-Macon College is committed to encouraging and sustaining a learning and living community that is free from harassment, violence, and prohibited discrimination.

RMC provides annual programs, such as Beyond First Vibe and Red Flag Campaign, and regular programming aimed at raising awareness and preventing sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.

Title IX Training

At Randolph-Macon College, we also provide ongoing training to our students, faculty, and staff. The RMC community is trained in several ways:

  • Faculty and Staff, including Title IX Team: United Educators training on preventing sexual violence and preventing discrimination and harassment.
  • First year and Transfer students are annually trained.
  • Student-mandatory reporters are annually trained.
  • NCAA- student athletes are annually trained. Learn more about NCAA’s goals on Gender Equity and Title IX.
