NOTE: Randolph-Macon College allows for a maximum combination of up to three Affiliation Awards and/or Program Scholarships.

What is the process for applying for financial aid?

You will be considered for academic scholarships based on your academic record received when you apply for admission to the college.

If you believe you qualify for any of our non-need, non-merit awards, you must submit the Entitlement Eligibility Form available in the Financial Aid Forms Bank.

All federal, state, and college need-based financial aid programs require that you submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You must list our Title IV School Code (003733), so that we receive your results.

What is the priority deadline for submitting my fafsa application?

  • If applying for fall classes – May 1
  • If applying for spring classes – December 1

What Happens once I apply for Financial aid?

Once we receive your FAFSA results, we will consider you for all available aid programs for which you qualify. We will send, via email, an award letter informing you of the aid programs we can offer.

The Financial Aid Office is located in Thomas Branch at 114 College Avenue (the same building as the Admissions Office). We welcome questions and encourage visits. To schedule an appointment with a financial aid counselor, please contact our office by phone or email.
