We Value Fit

You have college experience and know what works well for you. You have lots of options and deserve an institution that meets your expectations. We can provide you with a sense of who we are, but the best way to get to know us is in person. We want to meet you and show you around. You can sit-in on classes, engage with faculty/staff/students, tour campus, meet with the transfer admissions counselor, Jim Woods, and begin to imagine yourself as a yellow jacket. 

Transfer Application Deadline Dates:

  • Fall Deadline: June 1
  • Spring Deadline: December 1
  • Notification Date: Students will be notified within two weeks of their application being complete. 

Those interested in a fall start date must apply no later than June 1. Those interested in a spring start date must apply no later than December 1

Application Requirements

To apply as a transfer student, please submit the following information for review:

  • Transfer Common Application or the R-MC Application. (No application fee applies for either format.)
  • Your official final high school transcript: This is not required if you have earned your Associate of Arts (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree.
  • Official transcripts from each college you have attended: Transcripts must be sent directly from the college. Even if you took only one course, withdrew, or if your credits transferred to another college, we will need official copies from each college.
  • Your official SAT and/or ACT score reports: You can request these through The College Board or ACT directly. Test scores are not required if you graduated from high school more than five years ago, or if you will have earned an A.A. or A.S. degree prior to enrolling at R-MC.
  • Optional letter of recommendation: Typically, these letters are from a college administrator or faculty member.
