RMC Welcomes 12 New Full-Time Faculty Members
Randolph-Macon College recruited and hired 12 talented teacher-scholars to join the faculty at the start of the 2025-2026 academic year. These educators from across the academic landscape join a campus of faculty members dedicated to scholarship and mentoring students.

Tara Barricella joins the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. She earned her B.A. from William Peace University, her M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and her Ph.D. from Florida State University.

Alisha Beale joins the Department of Economics, Business, and Accounting as a Visiting Assistant Professor. She earned her B.A. and MPH from the University of Virginia and her Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Amy Brown joins the Department of Arts as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre. She earned her B.A. from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her M.F.A. from Syracuse University.

Karol Czuba joins the RMC faculty as an Assistant Professor of Political Science. He earned his B.A. from the University of Durham, his M.S. from the University of Oxford, and his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto.

Sarah Kulzer joins the RMC faculty as an Assistant Professor of Criminology. She earned her B.S., M.A., and Ph.D. from Old Dominion University.

Emily Laker joins the RMC faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing. She earned her BSN from MidAmerica Nazarene University, her MPH from the University of Kansas, and her D.N.P. from Duke University.

Matthew Lindia joins the RMC faculty as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Communication Studies. He earned his B.A. from Wheaton College, his M.A. from Georgetown University, and his Ph.D. from Duquesne University.

Urani Montiel joins the Department of Modern Languages as a Lecturer in Hispanic Studies and Spanish. He earned his B.A. from La Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and his Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Peroni joins the Department of Economics, Business, and Accounting as a Lecturer. He earned his B.S. and MBA from Lynn University.

Evan Reynolds joins the RMC faculty as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry. He earned his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sarah Scoles joins the RMC faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing. She earned her B.S. from Lewis-Clark State College and her M.S. from Grand Canyon University.

Kelley Miller Wilson joins the RMC faculty as a Clinical Professor of Nursing. She earned her BSN and M.S.N. from Marymount University and her D.N.P. from the George Washington University.
