The search for Randolph-Macon College’s 16th President has reached another significant milestone. Earlier this month, the Presidential Search Team, in conjunction with consulting firm AGB Search, held listening sessions with a wide range of stakeholder groups to gain insights on a profile for a successful candidate for RMC President.

Feedback from these sessions—which included faculty, staff, students, and alumni—was used to create a Presidential Search Prospectus, which can be viewed here.

AGB Search is now accepting applications and nominations, which are due by Nov. 15, at which point the Presidential Search Team will begin considering candidates.
