Art Exhibition: “Richard Crozier: Repository of Missing Places”
RMC’s first art exhibition of the season, “Richard Crozier: Repository of Missing Pieces,” can be seen in Pace-Armistead Hall, Flippo Gallery (211 N. Center Street). Map and Directions
The exhibition runs through October 13. Flippo Gallery is open from
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Chroma Projects, in partnership with the Piedmont Council for the Arts, announces the award of a start-up grant from the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities to produce a book on Richard Crozier’s paintings. “Repository of Missing Places” is a traveling exhibition of 50 paintings featured in the book of the houses, factories, small businesses and community halls that no longer belong to the landscape and social fabric of a once small but expanding and diversifying town. This event is sponsored by the RMC Department of the Arts.
The exhibition is free and open to the public.
