The Richmond Symphony Orchestra will perform at Randolph-Macon College on January 22, 2017 at 3 p.m. in Blackwell Auditorium, RMC Center for the Performing Arts (205 Henry St.). Map and Directions

The RSO, under the direction of Conductor Steven Smith, will perform Gluck’s Overture to Orfeo ed Euridice, Joan Tower’s Chamber Dance, Purcell’s The Gordian Knot Untied, Suite No. 1, and Schubert’s Symphony No. 5 in B-flat Major, D. 485.

Bonus: A 2 p.m. pre-concert lecture will take place in the Dollar Tree Community Room, Brock Commons (304 Henry St.). Get up close and personal with Director Steven Smith. The lecture is free and open to the public.
