The Randolph-Macon College Board of Trustees unanimously selected Dr. Michael E. Hill as the College’s 16th president. The appointment is effective August 1, 2025.

I’m thrilled to share the exciting news that the Board of Trustees has unanimously elected Dr. Michael E. Hill as the 16th President of Randolph-Macon College.

AGB Search, in conjunction with the Presidential Search Team, will be accepting applications and nominations for Randolph-Macon's 16th President until Nov. 15.

The Board has selected AGB Search to assist RMC in the search for our 16th president. A survey is open until Sept. 10 and campus forums continue thru Sept. 6.
