Max Gruver Foundation – Hazing Prevention Education Program
Join the Max Gruver Foundation in Blackwell Auditorium on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 3:00pm for a powerful presentation. The Max Gruver Foundation was started by the Gruver family following Max’s death in 2017 as a result of hazing while he was a freshman student at Louisiana State University. Max’s mother, Rae Ann, will tell Max’s story and educate attendees on the tragic consequences of hazing. She will discuss what hazing is, what students need to watch out for, and what you can do to keep our community safe and hazing-free.
This presentation is open to all interested individuals at RMC, including students, faculty, and staff.
All current members of selective membership student organizations are required to attend this training to meet Adam’s Law hazing prevention and alcohol overdose education for 2025-2026.
