Leadership Colloquium – Dr. Mari Ann Callais

Dr. MAC been speaking to and working with professionals and students for more than three decades. 

She has worked with humans at all ages and stages of their lives. She has worked with CEOs and their leadership teams, college/university students and the professionals who work with them, school faculty and various other local organizations and communities.

Engagement for Dr. MAC is not about collecting accolades and recognition, it is truly about making a difference. She believes creating environments of belonging is the key to having more productive work environments, schools, families, and communities. 

All RMC students are invited to attend! Leadership fellows may count each Leadership Colloquium they attend as two (2) Master Classes or they may attend both Leadership Colloquia and count them as attendance at the Student Leadership Conference.
