Baking 101

Do you love the Great British Baking Show, bread, or cake? This course is for you! No competition necessary, no experience needed, and you’ll get to take home or eat what’s made. Topics that could be covered- baking basics, recipe reading, bread, layered cakes, buttercream, ganache, crepes, laminated pastry (think cronuts), choux pastry, pie. Other topics may be included based on participant interest.
