Boarding

The main barn features:

• 35 – 12 x 12 stalls
• 3 tack rooms
• wash stalls
• grooming stalls
• storage areas. 

The office building has a bathroom and dressing room, as well as a kitchenette for our boarders to use. The outdoor barn has 20 12×12 stalls and is used for incoming horses and for day stalls during our shows. 

Board includes:

• highest quality hay and grain
• watering
• clean stall with pine bedding; blanketing if requested
• regular turnout
• any required medication or supplements (provided by the owner)

Fecal checks are done quarterly and worming is done according to those results at owners expense. Specialty feeds must be provided by the owner.

All boarders are required to participate in a regular lesson program with one of our coaches.

Costs

Regular Board – $900.00 per month

Includes hay, grain, watering, stalls are cleaned throughout the day and supplied with with pine bedding, blanketing, and regular seasonal turnout. Any required medication or supplements provided by the owner will be administered. Fecal checks are done quarterly and worming will be done accordingly at owner’s expense. Special arrangements can be made for hand walking, bandaging, cold hose therapy, or special veterinarian required services, fees will be agreed upon on an individual basis.

Additional Services

Monthly board – $900

Pro-rated board – $25-$40/day

Lay up board – $40/day

Trailering – $2.50 per loaded mile

Trailering is provided to shows, veterinary clinics, etc. There is a minimum charge of $25 per horse.

Individual Hunt Seat Lessons – $55

Monthly Package of 4 Hunt Seat Lessons – $220

Monthly Package of 8 Hunt Seat Lessons – $400

Private Eventing Lessons – $75

Billing

All bills are due on the first day of each month, a $50 finance charge will be added if payment is not received by the fifth of the month.
