All alumni who graduated from the Classes of 2018 through 2023 and are current Randolph-Macon Annual Fund donors will be able to use the Brock Center free of charge. If you are a current Randolph-Macon Annual Fund donor and graduated before 2018, the cost is $120 per year. If you have not yet made your Randolph-Macon Annual Fund gift, you may do so in conjunction with your Brock Center application form (PDF).

All alumni who are interested in taking advantage of the Brock Center facilities may fill out this form and bring it with you to campus. The form will also be available when you arrive on campus. You must first come to the Rhodeen House, which is located at 304 North Center Street, to submit your form and have it approved. You will then be taken to the Campus Safety Office, where you will have an ID card created that will allow you access to the Brock facilities.

Your immediate family members will also be able to take advantage of this opportunity if they accompany you. They will all be allowed entrance under the card issued to you. If you would like to bring a guest, please read the guest rules on the Brock Center webpage.

On the day that you come to have your card made, you will need to arrive at the Rhodeen House during College hours, which are 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (or by special appointment). After you have received your ID card, you will be able to access the Brock Center during its regular hours, which are posted on the Brock Center webpage.

Once you have received your ID card, it will allow you access to the Brock Center for a year. You will be notified each year when your card needs to be renewed. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Annual Giving toll-free by dialing 866.694.4574.
