Securing a Tailgating Space
Due to limited space, tailgating spaces are sold through a phased process, detailed below. All eligible fans will be contacted via email to purchase during the appropriate phase. Please note that to be included in phases one through three, your Yellow Jacket Club gifts must have been made in FY25 or FY26 and received by April 30, 2026.
New in 2026, all tailgates will be reserved via Hometown Sports (link to come), where you can see available spaces and reserve your favorite spot directly! Spots are first-come, first-served–purchase early if you have a preferred location.
Note: Tailgaters must purchase two game tickets per game to secure your tailgating spot. This will be done automatically through the tailgating purchasing system. Each ticket will cost an additional $10.
Phase 1 – Yellow Jacket Club Donors at the Hugh Stephens Society level ($1,500-$2,499) or greater.
Starts: May 18, 2026
Phase Two – Yellow Jacket Club Donors with giving of $250-$1,499
Starts: June 1, 2026
Phase Three – All RMC Donors (Yellow Jacket Club Donors and RMC)
Starts: June 15, 2026
Phase Four – Public Sales
Starts: June 29, 2026
NO TAILGATING SPACES WILL BE SOLD THE DAY OF GAME.

Information on how to purchase additional game tickets will soon be released on the athletics website.
Day-of-Game Regulations
The tailgating lot will open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. with NO exceptions.
All those with reserved grass spaces will be asked to drop their items off at the marked curb along North Center Street. Grass spaces will not be allowed to drive into the parking lot due to congestion.
To enter the tailgating lot, you will need to display your hangtag on your rearview mirror and present a valid photo ID.
Wristbands are required to drink and will be presented at the entrances to the lot. You must present a valid photo ID (driver’s license) to receive a wristband. Student IDs do not qualify.
Due to congestion, we ask that those in the parking lot do not leave earlier than 30 minutes after the game.

If your school would like a large block of tailgating spaces, please reach out to your own Alumni Office and have them reach out to Rhonda Toussaint, Executive Director of Alumni Relations at rhondatoussaint@rmc.edu or 804-752-7222.
