Bailey Scholars

The A. Purnell Bailey Scholarship is a highly selective award that supports students who are discerning a future vocation in Christian ministry. Bailey Scholars receive generous half-tuition scholarships for their freshman/sophomore years and full tuition scholarships for their junior/senior years.  There are also two internship opportunities for Bailey Scholars, giving students an opportunity to have hands-on experience both in a setting where they feel called to serve AND in a setting completely new and unfamiliar to them.  Bailey Scholars are part of the larger pre-ministerial program and meet weekly with peers who are also discerning a call to ministry.  If you have questions about the Bailey Scholarship or the pre-ministerial program in general, contact Chaplain Kendra Grimes at kendragrimes@rmc.edu.
