How to Connect with RMC Students and Build Your Brand on Our Campus

Career and Internship Fair

Interested in recruiting talent from Randolph-Macon College? Want to build your brand and presence on our campus? If so, you don't want to miss the opportunity to attend our Career & Internship Fair scheduled for Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 11am - 1pm! Registration will open on Monday, June 18, 2018.

To register for the event, 1) create an employer account if you don't already have one and 2) sign up for the event on the EDGE Career Connector.

EDGE Career Connector
The EDGE Career Connector (The ECC) is our office's virtual hub. Through the ECC, employers are able to post part-time, full-time, internship, and seasonal job opportunities. To create an account, simply log into our employer portal and start posting your opportunities today! If you have specific questions, please reach out to Jessica Majkowycz at (804) 752-3227.

Career Boot Camp
Career Boot Camp is our signature event held in early February and intended for our sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Dates for 2018 are February 9-10. Over the course of the two days, students attend a series of presentations to help them learn to tell their story, refine their dining etiquette, and hone their communication, networking, and interviewing skills.

Interested in becoming involved? We are always looking for individuals to volunteer their time to serve as interviewers for the mock interview portion of Boot Camp which takes place on Day 2. This is a unique opportunity for employers to gain face time with students while building their brand on our campus. If interested, please complete the volunteer application. Questions? Please e-mail us at theedge@rmc.edu

Info Tables
What better way to get in front of our students than to reserve an information table in our student commons. Whether you would like to come to campus for a few hours or the whole day, this is a great way to promote your organization at no cost. To arrange a date and time for your campus visit, please fill out this request form and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.

Mock Interviews
Want to give back by helping our students practice and prepare for future interviews? Our Mock Interview series is a great place to start! To express interest, please contact Jessica Majkowycz at (804) 752-3227.

Interested in recruiting a Randolph-Macon student intern?

Our students complete academic, paid, and unpaid internships throughout the year. In addition to traditional semester-long and summer internships, Randolph-Macon College is unique in that it offers January Term internships. Our J-Term internships are rather popular as they provide an intense 40-hour-a-week immersion into an organization over the course of four weeks in January. This can be particularly appealing to those employers and organizations that have special projects which require focused attention and time commitment over a short period of time.

Which of our three internship programs is right for you? Review the chart below to determine which program best suit your needs.
