Support and Training

Beginning August 1st, users are asked to contact the ITS Service Desk (804-752-8500 or helpline@rmc.edu) to request services and support for computers, projectors, and AV equipment found in classrooms and meeting spaces. Training on using software is available under "Resources & Services A -Z".
