Randolph-Macon Combines Quality and Affordability
Choosing a college means finding your own niche, that place that suits you best and that meets your academic, social, and personal needs. College costs might be a factor at the end of the selection process, but don't let the sticker price stop you from considering a college that might suit you perfectly. With the wide range of scholarship and financial aid options available, a Randolph-Macon Education can be surprisingly affordable. Check out these numbers to date from 2006-2007:
- 96% of our students received some form of financial aid, totalling over $22,300,000 from all sources, including $10,960,000 of the college's own money.
- 49% received awards based on financial need with an average award package of $22,250 (not including loans used to replace family contribution).
- 92% received non-need based scholarships or grants averaging more than $10,100, and 53% of this year's entering students received renewable academic scholarships ranging from $7,500 - $20,000.
- Any student who wishes to work on campus has the opportunity to do so.
- Monthly payment plans and other parent financing options are also available.
