Courtney Wade '12 knows that her
R-MC experience has prepared her for life beyond graduation. An
accounting major, Wade took advantage of many opportunities as an undergraduate,
including a January-term internship with Genworth Financial, and graduated with
an offer from an accounting firm already accepted. "There is an unlimited amount
of support here," she says. "Everyone is ready to help you succeed."

The Randolph-Macon EDGE prepares students for their futures beyond R-MC. The core
service of the Center for Personal and Career Development,
the EDGE takes a comprehensive approach to educating students about their choices
after graduation and assisting them in preparing for those choices.
