Appropriations
It is time for Spring Allocations through the Student Government Association. All proposals will be due to the Student Government mailbox in the Student Life and Programs Office, downstairs in the Brown Campus Center, on February 13th by 5:00pm. Please remember to sign up for an interview with the appropriations committee at that time.
This meeting will be your opportunity to answer any questions that we may have, as well as make sure that the committee has all the necessary information to make our decision. Remember that in order to be considered for any funding you must turn in your completed proposal ahead of time and attend your meeting with the committee. This is the final allocation for the year and no exceptions can be made.
In order to clear up any questions that might arise while filling out your appropriations proposal, we have not only attached guidelines but also a sample proposal and a calendar with all of the due dates. Please read through this packet very carefully, because revisions have been made to the Appropriations process as well as the restrictions that we must follow when allocating money. It is important to note that all guidelines must be followed with no exceptions made.
Below are the necessary documents for Spring Allocations, as well as, a time line which includes all the deadlines for the process. Good luck and if you have any further questions please contact the Student Life and Programs office at 752-7318 or email Robin Brown at aabrown@rmc.edu.
