S.O.L.I.D. is the Student Organization Leaders Intentional Development Series. The series is designed to give student organizations, student leaders, and their advisors the tools they need to excel at Randolph-Macon College and to teach them the transferable skills necessary to be successful after College. The student organization setting is a key place for co-curricular growth and development.
The S.O.L.I.D. series workshops are open for all R-MC students, faculty, and staff. Participants can decided which workshops to attend based on their individual needs.
