Register in OrgSync
- Log into OrgSync
- Under the “Organizations” tab, select the green “Browse Organizations” button in the top right corner
- Select the green “Register New Organization” button
Recruit Members
- You must have five (5) current student members
- A list of member’s names and Student ID Numbers must be submitted to Jayme Watkins at jaymewatkins@rmc.edu
Create Constitution
- Develop a constitution for the organization
- Submit the final constitution to Jayme Watkins at jaymewatkins@rmc.edu
Acquire a Faculty/Staff Advisor
- Add them to your OrgSync portal and have them confirm “The Statement of Understanding”
Once all required information is turned in, the organization’s request and documentation will be given to SGA for final approval. Once a decision is made, the organization will be contacted and their OrgSync portal will be activated.
