When is Service Fellows Weekend?

What's the Scoop?
Registration
Registration will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 from 10:00 am - Noon in Andrews Hall Lobby
Parking
There should be plenty of parking near the residence halls. If you are bringing your car, please notify The Office of Student Life, so we can have a parking pass for you at registration.
Accomodations and Food
You will have the opportunity to stay in Andrews Hall during the Service Fellows Weekend. You will be assigned a roommate for the weekend. All of your meals will be provided for you from Noon on Friday through the conclusion of the weekend at 11:00am on Sunday. If you have special dietary considerations, please contact Dean James McGhee at jamesmcghee@rmc.edu or 804-752-7266.
Cost
The registration fee for Service Fellows Weekend is $50.00. This fee covers food, lodging, and instruction for the Service Fellows Weekend. If you have an emergent financial need, contact James McGhee, Assistant Dean of Students, at jamesmcghee@rmc.edu or 804-752-7266 as there are a limited number of scholarships available. The registration fee should be paid at registration on July 27, 2012.
Schedule
The Service Fellows Weekend program begins on Friday at Noon and concludes on Sunday at 11:00am. You will be involved in a variety of activities throughout the weekend. A detailed schedule will be provided at check-in.
What Should I Bring to Service Fellows Weekend?
Service Fellows participating in Service Fellows Weekend will be staying in on-campus residential housing. It is recommended that you bring the following:
* Sleeping Bag or Extra Long Twin Sheets and Comforter
* Pillow
* Shower Shoes
* Towel
* Wash Cloth
* Umbrella (just in case)
* Toiletries
* Alarm Clock
* Sunscreen
* Sun Glasses
* Casual Clothes (Shorts, T-shirs, polos, etc.)
* Notebook
* Pens/Pencils
* Work Gloves
* An item that best describes your personality
