Emerging Leaders Weekend Emerging Leaders Weekend or ELW brings first-year Leadership Fellows to R-MC prior to orientation to study leadership. ELW has quickly become a favorite of Leadership Fellows as they get to know R-MC and its students, faculty, and staff before their official arrival. ELW is a fast paced and exciting weekend focusing on the Social Change Model of leadership and becoming self-aware. It is a great introduction to both R-MC and the Leadership Fellows Program. |

The Great Leadership Hunt In October each year, the Leadership Fellows travel to Washington, DC to conduct the Great Leadership Hunt. Teams of Leadership Fellows across all years of the program are assigned a leadership theory and asked to find a person, place, exhibit, or other point of interest in the Capital City that best demonstrates that theory. The group then researches the theory and the exhibit and prepares their entry to the Leadership Fair held during Leadership Week each Spring. |
