
First-Year Leadership Fellows, get geared up for an exciting weekend of co-curricular experiences that will teach you about leadership, Randolph-Macon College, the Leadership Fellows Program, and other first-year Leadership Fellows. You will have the opportunity to stay in on-campus housing, learn the fundamentals of leadership that will get you started in the Leadership Fellows Program, meet upper-class Leadership Fellows, and much much more!

Emerging Leaders Weekend will be held Friday, July 27 - Sunday, July 29, 2012.

What's the Scoop?
Registration
Registration will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 from 10:00 am - Noon in Andrews Hall Lobby
Parking
There should be plenty of parking near the residence halls. If you are bringing your car, please notify The Office of Student Life, so we
can have a parking pass for you at registration.
Accomodations and Food
You will have the opportunity to stay in Andrews Hall during the Emerging Leaders Weekend. You will be assigned a roommate for the weekend. All of your meals will be provided for you from Noon on Friday through the conclusion of the weekend at 11:00am on Sunday. Cost
The registration fee for Emerging Leaders Weekend is $50.00. This fee covers food, lodging, and instruction for the Emerging Leaders Weekend. If you have an emergent financial need, contact James McGhee, Assistant Dean of Students, at jamesmcghee@rmc.edu or 804-752-7266 as there are a limited number of scholarships available. The registration fee should be paid at registration on July 27, 2012.
Schedule
The ELW program begins on Friday at Noon and concludes on SUnday at 11:00am. You will be involved in a variety of activities throughout the weekend. A detailed schedule will be provided at check-in.
What Should I Bring?
Leadership Fellows participating in Emerging Leaders Weekend will be staying in on-campus residential housing. It is recommended that you bring the following:
* Sleeping Bag or Extra Long Twin Sheets and Comforter
* Pillow
* Shower Shoes
* Towel
* Wash Cloth
* Umbrella (just in case)
* Toiletries
* Alarm Clock
* Sunscreen
* Sun Glasses
* Casual Clothes (Shorts, T-shirs, polos, etc.)
* Notebook
* Pens/Pencils
* An item that best describes your personality
