The Leadership Fellows Program is a multi-year program that facilitates leadership
development throughout a participants tenure at Randolph-Macon College. The program
is guided by and instructs participants on the predominant theories of leadership
including the Social Change Model, Servant Leadership, Transformative Leadership,
and many others. The program is designed to intentionally build upon itself year
after year with students helping to direct their own personal experience as well
as educating their peers.
Leadership Fellows have the opportunity to progress through four years of guided
leadership development in this intentional co-curricular program. Students must
participate in at least year two through four to complete the program, but they
are encouraged to engage in the emerging leaders first-year experience as well.
