The Panhellenic Council invites all eligible women who are interested in Fraternity and Sorority LIfe to participate in Panhellenic Formal Recruitment. Sorority LIfe can add a great deal of dimension to your college experience. Students who participate in Fraternity and Sorority Life have stated that Greek Life has very significantly impacted their growth and development over the time of their membership and has created life-long bonds and connections with the insitution as well.
Panhellenic Recruitment is a mutually selective process that allows you to get to know our sororities, and they, in turn, get to know you. It is a structured process with your best interests in mind. You will be treated to evenings of activities, singing, getting to know each other, and FUN!!!

How Should I Select My Sorority?
Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is designed to give you access to all NPC Sororities on campus. This will give you the opportunity to meet the women, find out about their values, learn about their service and philanthropy, and to get to know the places that could be your home. The following tips should make your decision a bit easier:
You are making a life-time commitment ask tough questions.
- Ask about time-commitments.
- Ask about financial commitment.
- Ask about scholarship programs and incentives.
- Ask about service and philanthropy.
- Research the Inter/national organizations on campus to help you make your choice as this affects you when you leave Randolph-Macon.
- Be Yourself and be open to new people.
- Dismiss what you have heard and make a decision that is right for you not for your friend this is your sorority experience not hers.
- Communicate with the Panhellenic Council, your Rho Gammas, and the Office of Student Life Staff. We are here to help you sort through the data and make a decision that is right for you.
