The Women of Color (WOC) Discussion Group is designed to create connections amongst women who have faced similar experiences in the world and on campus to discuss issues that are relevant to women of color at Randolph-Macon and the larger community.

The Women of Color Discussion Group is open to women who identify as women of color on campus and their allies.This includes the following groups:
Black/African-American Women
Asian/ Pacific Islander Women
Hispanic/Latina Women
Native American Women
Women from Countries other than the US
Women who are sensitive to issues that affect women of color are also welcome on a case by case basis
