Working in partnership with the Media & Instructional Support in the Library, Instructional Technology at Higgins Academic Center provides support to the faculty and students on the use of instructional technologies. Our focus is on the design of using technology to enhance teaching and learning. The Director helps faculty look at issues such as how some online communication tools may encourage students' participation and collaboration. The student technology assistants help faculty and students with the "mechanics" and development of digital media, presentations, web pages, spreadsheets and so on.
