2. A. The total campus acreage is 116 acres. Approximately thirteen percent(fifteen acres) of that acreage is “undeveloped” at the present time.

2. B. The total operating cost for the physical plant for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004 was $4,221,535. This includes the cost of maintaining the grounds as well as the buildings. That cost is itemized as follows:

2. E. 1. St. Ann’s Church Building

Constructed: 1873 (purchased 1989)
Original use: a Catholic church; used for a church until congregation outgrew it and sold it to R-MC
Present use: drama and music departments for dance, rehearsals, and classroom space
Gross floor area: 2,150 square feet

Constructed: 1954

2. J. 3. Various houses

In addition to the above-mentioned buildings, R-MC owns sixteen additional houses on or adjacent to the campus. Thirteen are used for residences for students. Two are are rented to faculty or staff. One is vacant and not usable. They range in age from twenty-five to ninety years. All have wood frame construction. Ten have brick veneer exteriors, the remaining have wood siding. Three have metal roofs, the remaining have shingles. All are heated with oil-fired boilers or furnaces using either radiators or forced air. One has central air conditioning. The total gross area of the houses used for student residences is 42,000 square feet. The total gross area of the other two houses is 3500 square feet.
