Leadership Summit
What is Leadership Summit?
Mission Statement: To enhance students leadership skill set and foster collaborative relationships amongst student organizations.
Leadership Summit is an intense training weekend, when students stay at an off-campus site and focus on developing skills, building relationships and participating in collaborative activities with other R-MC students. The Summit is open to all students and student organizations on campus on a first come, first served basis. Typically, a wide variety of students and campus organizations attend. During Summit, students also benefit from intensive one-on-one mentoring from professional staff, alumni and experienced student leaders and tons of fun activities designed to simultaneously nurture students' leadership development and their relationships with others.
