Randolph-Macon College’s Office of Student Leadership is devoted to providing a variety of programs, events and lectures that will benefit students in a variety of stages in their leadership development. Check out our leadership lecture series and calendar of events listed below.
Leadership Lecture Series
Leadership development is a continual process. Accordingly, a diverse range of programs catering to a variety of student needs is offered each semester. These opportunities help students gain an understanding of self, a working knowledge of leadership, and a connection with the community, resulting in stronger student organizations and confident student leaders.

Help us honor our campus leaders with a week's worth of programs and activities that focus on principles of leadership. Daily leadership qoutes are distributed to the student body, and faculty, staff and students are given various opportunities to thanks student leaders who make R-MC great.

Student Leadership Reception
A campus-wide reception and awards ceremony recognizing recipients of the Leadership Awards and the Student Organization Awards. Sponsored By the Student Leadership Program and The Office of Student Activities and Greek Life. Supported By the Student Government Association, Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honors Society, The Order of Omega Greek Leadership Honors Society, The Campus Activities Board, and The Residence Hall Association. All in the R-MC Community are invited to attend.
