The Office of Student Leadership sponsors several programs and events for students who are just beginning to explore what it means to be a leader at R-MC and beyond.
Emerging Leaders Weekend

Emerging Leaders Weekend 2007 participants pose for the camera during a weekend filled with fun.
This program is a pre-orientation introduction to leadership at Randolph-Macon especially for first year students. Small, intimate discussions and connections with each other and the community are highlighted.

Emerging Leaders January-Term Class
This non-credit, three-hour class is designed to explore leadership within the context of personal values, leadership models (specifically the Social Change Model of Leadership), and the application of skills and knowledge that will begin the process for life-long leadership. The theoretical exploration of various leadership models coupled with guest speakers, group activities, class discussions and personal reflection will increase your ability to understand leadership and develop your personal leadership vision.
The class is held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on:
January 7-23,2008 from 3:30pm-5:30pm in the Old Chapel Topping Room
