Line Up
In the event of rain on Commencement morning, students and their sponsors will line up in the Crenshaw Gymnasium at 9:00 a.m.; the faculty, platform party and the old grads will robe and line up in the Brock Center. The platform party will robe and line up in the Wellness Room, the faculty in the fitness center, and the Old Grads in the Hall of Fame area.

Parking
If it rains, the north Brock lot will be reserved for persons with disabilities, and the south Brock lot will be reserved for the platform party, trustees and other VIPs.

Ushers
Gather in the Brock conference room for last minute instructions. In the event of rain, please direct all guests who do not have admittance tickets for the Brock Center to the R-MC Center for Performing Arts (Blackwell Auditorium) to view Commencement on television.

Lunch
Lunch will be served in Crenshaw Gymnasium.

IF RAIN CALL IS MADE AFTER THE START OF COMMENCEMENT:

Once the ceremony has begun and, should a light drizzle occur, Commencement will continue outdoors. However, in the event of heavy rain or the threat of an electrical storm after the start of the ceremony, the Provost of the College will direct the graduates and their sponsors to go directly to the Brock Center to be lined up properly. Guests with Commencement admittance tickets for the Brock Center, should immediately seek shelter and report to the Brock Center one hour later, at which time the ceremony will resume . Once admitted into the Brock Center, if a guest leaves the facility, no re-admittance will be permitted. Guests who do not have Commencement admittance tickets for The Brock Center should go to Blackwell Auditorium to view the Commencement Exercises on television.
