Graduation Timeline

March 17-19
Caps, Gowns, Honor Cords and Announcements must be ordered by graduates
in the Campus Center.

April 7
Application deadline for Commencement Senior Speaker.

May 16, 2:30 p.m.
Honors Convocation
R-MC Center for the Performing Arts - Blackwell Auditorium

May 30, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Campus Center open for seniors to pick up graduation tickets.

May 30, 10:00 a.m.
Commencement Rehearsal
Graduates line up at Mary Branch Circle.

May 30, 4:00 p.m.
Baccalaureate Service (The service will end at approximately 5:00 p.m.)
Brock Center

May 30, 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
Reception for all graduates and their families and guests
Crenshaw Gymnasium
(The Reception will be held immediately following the Baccalaureate service.)

May 31, 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Campus Center open for seniors to pick up commencement tickets.

May 31, 10:00 a.m.
Commencement Exercises
The Frank E. Brown Fountain Plaza
(Rain Location - The Brock Center)

May 31, noon
Picnic-Style Luncheon
College Grounds
