Facility Reservation Form

Please fill out this form completely before submitting to the College Calendar Office. No reservations will be accepted over the telephone. For questions call 752-3755 or contact the office at CollegeCalendar@rmc.edu. Reservation confirmations will be returned within one business day of receipt of the completed request. To ensure a quick turnaround, please provide all of the
requested information.

All student organizations are required to reserve any space via the Office of Student Activities. All student organization reservations require the signature of the organization's advisor. For questions call 752-7318 or contact the office at student_activities@rmc.edu.

If you are unsure if space is available for your event please check the college internal calendar at http://ems.rmc.edu/. This calendar is only available from on-campus.
