Services

Services are provided on campus in the Student Health Clinic by board certified practitioners.

The Clinic Staff provides acute and non-acute medical services. In the event that a student requires care by a medical specialist or emergency care, the Clinic Staff will assist the student, as needed, to discuss the care options and make the process as smooth as possible.

Please call 804.752.3041 to make an appointment.

For the convenience of the students, the clinic has an inventory of common over the counter medications with a limited number of prescription medications for urgent use only. If medication, testing, or a procedure is given/performed at the time of the appointment the student account will be charged directly for a nominal fee.  The student may request a print out of charges and submit to insurance for reimbursement.

If a prescription is written, students are responsible for picking up and paying for the medication at the pharmacy of their choice.
