Where is LID being used?
Randolph Macon College Ashland, VA
In the summer of 2006 six bioretention retrofits were installed on the Randolph-Macon College Campus. One of these is pictured to the left, with senior Allison Dungan preforming research on a sampling port. The cells have improved the draining for the campus, which was was built on a wetland. The cells were constucted by Williamsburg Environmental Group by a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Service.
