Power, Culture and Diversity
Course Description
An examination of international, national, and personal reactions
to differences of race, sex, class, and culture. Sociological, economic,
political, and historical background will provide a context for
students to explore their individual responses to these issues.
The course is conducted on a seminar basis; course requirements
include field study, essays, individual journals, and a culminating
group presentation.
