Summer Hours

The Student Health Center is open during the summer with limited hours for ADMINISTRATIVE purposes only.  The Center does not provide medical evaluation or care during the summer (typically mid June-mid August).

Health History Form due date:       Fall Admissions:  JULY 15, 2012       Spring Admissions: DECEMBER 2, 2011
If you need an extension, please leave a message or send us an email with the student’s name, phone number and date the form is expected to be returned.
